My experiences between Apple and Xiaomi

I will share my own experiences on the subject, but I am sure many people will agree with me. First of all, I want to start with the devices I have experience with. The Xiaomi part has Redmi 8, 9C, 10 2022, POCO X3 Pro and Note 12. The Apple part has 5, 5S, 6, 6S, 7 Plus and X.

  • I have never seen or experienced any iPhone not opening when I pressed the button on the device. Even if I locked it in the middle of a game, under load, it would lock and open with the animation it should, as it should. On Xiaomi, sometimes I press it and when I press it again, the screen appears, then we compete to press the button, close and open and open. Especially if I locked the screen while in the game, even if the phone opens, it does not care that I touch it or show anything on the screen for a few seconds.
  • If I had a problem with scanning my fingerprint on iPhone, I would try it twice and open it again. I try it like a machine gun on Xiaomi. When it won't read, it really doesn't read.
  • The charging issue is my favorite point. Let me criticize the Chinese brand with pleasure on this issue.
  • I will keep it short for iPhone. When the screen is off and connected to the internet, it wakes up only when notifications come, I would pick it up after at least 3-4 days and do a few things again. With everything turned off, the battery would not drop even 10% the next day. I don't know if it hibernates or hibernates anymore. Low power mode also makes you feel like it's really useful, by the way, you turn it on and nothing is left behind.
  • Now let's come to Xiaomi, let me start from here, the power saving mode is a lie. Whether you use it in power saving mode or normally, there is no difference on the battery or in the visible. I used ultra power saving for 3 days, on the 3rd day my battery dropped from 60 to 20. I only used it to take notes for 15 minutes a day. If I had a 6S with me in the same situation, I wouldn't even feel the need to use it for saving, the battery wouldn't go out when I turned off the screen anyway.
  • Xiaomi has this operating system that forces you to save even if you don't want it, MIUI, it's a pain to work in 2 applications because of that thing. It doesn't use it even though it has RAM. I browse the internet, a message comes, I say open as a window, it says there's no RAM, I can't do it. I see that there is 1 GB of RAM, I go and open the program and it uses 240 MB of RAM.
  • I actively used neither Xiaomi's cloud nor iCloud. Both of them synced things as if they were very necessary, and it just did what it did. I use Google Drive and Xiaomi closes Drive when it gets bored, syncing is interrupted. iPhone allows uploading files in the middle of the game, my ping increases.
  • Now here's another thing, the game doesn't play itself on Xiaomi anyway. Will you come after looking at the message for two minutes? You can't, that game is dead. Why? It was eating RAM, draining the battery, etc.
  • I'm not much of a gamer, so I'll criticize multitasking with games under the same heading. For example, if I went back 3-4 applications on the iPhone, for example, if I was taking notes, that application would open up like water from where it left off. Xiaomi can't even keep the order of applications with MIUI 13 right now.
  • I don't even want to open my mouth about the camera. Every Android device I use has turned yellow like a junkie's mustache over time and started to take blurry photos, as if it was written in fate. If my 6S were alive, I would carry it with me as a camera.
We hope everyone enjoyed our review. Stay tuned for our next article. :)
